The Democratic presidential candidate still has some catching up to do in Ohio. A poll done by FiveThirtyEight shows Bloomberg sitting in third place behind Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden.

Dan Lusheck, the Ohio press secretary for the President Trump’s re-election campaign, “downplayed ” Bloomberg’s Ohio efforts to businessjournaldaily.com.

Bloomberg’s spending in Ohio is just a small part of his record spending spree trying to defeat the president in November. During 2019’s fourth quarter, he spent a record $188 million on his presidential campaign, according to Federal Elections Commission records.
