Police have arrested yet another illegal alien living in Montgomery County for rape, bringing the tally to at least nine foreign nationals charged with rape or sexual assault since July 25, 2019.

The alleged assailant, Josue Gomez-Gonzalez (23), is in the country illegally, ABC7 News reported on Twitter Tuesday.

According to the charging documents, Gomez-Gonzalez sexually assaulted a female friend after a night of heavy drinking.

He picked up the woman from her home on September 10 and the two went on a dinner date, the court documents say.

Afterward, they allegedly purchased a “medium sized bottle of Hennessy” and drove to a park in Gaithersburg where they proceeded to consume the entire bottle.

Police say Gomez-Gonzalez sexually assaulted the intoxicated woman in the back seat of his car while she resisted.

Gomez-Gonzalez then took the woman back to his home and sexually assaulted her again in his bedroom, the charging documents say.

The victim alleges that he took his clothes off and kissed her as she tried to push him away and struck at his chest. According to court documents, he continued to rape her while she “was in and out of consciousness,” and later forced vaginal intercourse.

The victim says she woke up the following morning feeling “intense” vaginal pain, and noticed she was bleeding from her vagina when she used the restroom. At that point, she called law enforcement and consented to a rape kit.

Gomez-Gonzalez was charged with two counts of second-degree rape and faces up to 50 years in prison if convicted.

ICE released the following statement Tuesday after filing a detainer on Sept. 12:

“Josue A. Gomez-Gonzalez, a native of El Salvador, is the subject of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer lodged with the Montgomery County Detention Center, Md., on Sept. 12, after his arrest for rape.”
