So in 2006, instructor Craig Cegielski approached the Eleva-Strum School Board in Strum, Wisconsin with an odd request. The Lebanon, Mason & Monroe Railroad in Warren County has been the subject of threats and intimidation after the Republican Women of Warren County paid them for a “Trump Train” fundraiser. Republican groups spent thousands of dollars in preparation, only to have the organization pull out of the event.
